What happens after I send an enquiry?
You'll hear back within 24 hours, usually sooner. The first conversation is straightforward. Understanding where you are, what you're trying to achieve, and taking a look at the current site if you have one. The aim is to work out whether there's a fit, not to talk you into anything.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?
Not at all. Most people come with an existing site that isn't working as well as it should, or a problem they can't quite pin down. That's exactly what the first conversation is for: working out what's actually needed before anything else.
Is there any obligation when I get in touch?
None. The initial review and conversation are free. If there's a good fit and a clear way I can help, I'll tell you. If not, I'll tell you that too.
How do you prefer to communicate once a project is underway?
However works best for you. Most clients use a combination of email and Asana for task management, keeping everything documented and easy to track. The relationship builds from there at whatever pace suits you.
What if I just have a quick question rather than a full project in mind?
Send it anyway. A quick question often turns into a useful conversation, and at worst you get a straight answer. No minimum commitment to reach out.
